About Generative

Do you want to be at the forefront of innovation, directly shaping the teams that are building the next generation of technology? At Generative we don't just fill roles; we fuel the growth of groundbreaking VC-backed AI startups and forward-thinking organizations when it comes to AI. We're a trusted partner for visionary founders and ambitious companies, connecting them with the exceptional engineering talent that will turn their ideas into reality.

We are moving into year 3 in business and have real momentum, our first trainees are coming up to their first year anniversaries and have done extremely well, we are now looking to bring in our next future top billers and leaders.

Role Overview

We split our business development, account management, and delivery, although due to the scarcity of talent, an element of everyone's role will be talking to candidates and headhunting. To start with, the majority of the role will be candidate focused and then moving towards a more client-focused role, so that's winning new business and developing existing accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
