Role Description
The Recruitment Consultant role is an on-site position based in Liverpool. In this role, the consultant manages end-to-end recruitment processes for hospitality positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and matching talent to client requirements. The consultant works closely with clients to understand role specifications, advise on staffing solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Graduate Recruitment skills, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including the ability to advise clients on staffing solutions and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing skills to effectively assess candidate suitability for varied hospitality roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaison with clients and candidates.
- Experience in hospitality or staffing agencies is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Comfort using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Liverpool and collaborate effectively within a team-focused environment.
