About the job Aire Search is a market‑leading executive search firm operating in the Building Technologies space. We are searching for enthusiastic graduates to join our growing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. We are an ambitious, competitive, and highly motivated organisation that prides itself on providing unparalleled executive search services. We are currently looking for individuals to join the next phase of our growth in Newcastle. Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales and business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry sector.

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one industry on a global basis Headhunting top industry talent for senior‑level roles internationally Building and managing client and candidate relationships from day one, taking responsibility for the entire end‑to‑end recruitment process Working towards targets and KPIs while developing your own client base from scratch Operating with a high level of autonomy, supported by an experienced leadership team This role is fundamentally sales‑focused and performance‑driven, offering you direct control over your earnings and progression.
