Job Title: Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Work Style: Hybrid (Monday & Friday WFH)
Location: Manchester (near Spinningfields)
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual to join our Recruitment Team as a 360 Recruiter. You’ll manage both client development and candidate delivery within the technology sector. If you've never worked in recruitment, or tech, before, that's no bother, full training will be provided to get you up to scratch.
In 360 recruitment, you essentially have two jobs:
- Convince new companies to use our service
- Find the right person for your new client
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
- Ambitious, resilient, and prepared to work hard to achieve results. You'll have heard it's a grind, and it's true, but the results do come with the right attitude and work ethic.
- Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly
- Good people. Seems simple, but we've got a great group here, and we're looking for people who can slide seamlessly into our dynamic.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
