At Australasian Recruitment Company, we’re looking for an energetic, ambitious and relationship-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our small but mighty team in London.
We’ve been a trusted name in the London recruitment market since 2003, building long-standing partnerships with incredible clients and supporting candidates through some of the biggest career moments of their lives.

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into
This role is all about building and growing your own successful desk while becoming a trusted recruitment partner to your clients and candidates.
You’ll be:
- Building, managing and growing a profitable recruitment desk with ownership of GP, pipeline and performance
- Winning new business through networking, referrals, market mapping and outreach
- Growing long-term client relationships and positioning ARC as a genuine recruitment partner
- Leading client meetings, understanding hiring needs and offering consultative recruitment solutions
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across temporary, contract and permanent business support roles
- Sourcing, interviewing and engaging exceptional candidates
- Supporting candidates throughout their career journey with expert guidance and honest advice
- Working towards quarterly revenue targets and KPIs with accountability for results
- Keeping pipelines warm, organised and moving
- Representing ARC at networking and industry events
- Contributing to our collaborative team culture and ongoing development sessions

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, drive and a people-first mindset.
You might already be an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge, or someone developing their recruitment career with a strong passion for business development and relationship-building.
You’ll ideally have:
- A strong background in sales and business development
- Experience confidently picking up the phone, generating leads and winning new business
- A track record of working towards targets in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone and in person
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, resilient approach with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Long-term right to work in the UK
Bonus points if you have experience or a strong interest in Property or Technology recruitment, with the potential to develop into a sector specialist in one of these markets.
