CSG Talent exists to future-proof our clients' leadership today. From our Horsforth and Manchester offices, our teams work across sectors and geographies, building genuine, long-term relationships with clients and candidates rather than chasing quick wins.
We're looking for experienced Recruiters to join us. If you're good at what you do and want to do it somewhere that genuinely invests in you, we'd welcome the opportunity to talk.
Who we're looking for
You'll have a track record of billing in a recruitment environment, whether that's perm, temp, or contract desks. You understand what it takes to build a pipeline, manage a full 360 process, and keep clients and candidates onside when things get tight.

What you'll get

- Significant earning potential - clear salary banding from £30,000 at entry level up to £100,000, plus commission of up to 30% on your own revenue with no threshold.
