Spirehouse are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful legal division, as a Senior Consultant, Executive Consultant or Principal Consultant.
The Opportunity
This role is to join our successful and growing private practice locum legal team.
- You will take ownership of a warm file with existing relationships and work with law firms to secure contract lawyers on both a short and long-term basis.
- This desk is fast paced and demanding but also rewarding and lucrative.
- The role will suit someone who is strong at building relationships, enjoys the challenge of contract recruitment, is organised and is client focused.

Requirements
- We are a Bromsgrove based recruitment agency with a national presence.
- We operate on a hybrid working basis so being commutable to Bromsgrove is essential.
- Applications are welcome from consultants across all professional sectors, however it's essential that you are happy to work at the pace required on a contract/temp desk.
- This role would suit an individual with at least 3-5 years' experience, however more junior consultants are encouraged to apply - we are recruiting on other teams too.
- As a growing business, we are seeking mature and professional consultants with a self-improvement mindset. We encourage growth and development, so are also keen to hear from future leaders.
