Location: 4 Lyric Square, Hammersmith, London W6 0ED
Salary: Up to £38,000 + Uncapped Bonus
Specialism: Transactional finance & qualified accountancy roles

Job Description

Ready to step into a high-potential desk where your experience truly pays off? We’re looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to take ownership of an Accountancy & Finance permanent desk in our Hammersmith office. You’ll inherit a warm, reputation-led desk with clear opportunity to grow revenue quickly - ideal for someone who knows how to build relationships, win business, and convert.

About the role

You’ll manage a West London Accountancy & Finance perm desk, covering areas including Hammersmith, Kensington, Notting Hill and Earls Court. This desk has:

  • An established reputation built by a successful previous consultant
  • Active client relationships with room to re-engage and expand
  • Strong potential across mid-level finance roles (£40k+)
  • Opportunity to build long-term client partnerships

You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk like your own business, backed by an experienced manager and a collaborative office environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning a 360 recruitment desk within Accountancy & Finance (permanent market)
  • Developing and converting new business opportunities across your West London patch
  • Rebuilding and strengthening existing client relationships
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, interviewing and placement
  • Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates

What we’re looking for

We are specifically seeking experienced recruiters who can hit the ground running. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in agency recruitment (ideally 360)
  • A track record of business development and revenue generation
  • Confidence managing permanent recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Resilience, self-motivation and a genuine drive to succeed
