Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential

Recruitment Consultant | Accountancy & Finance (Permanent Recruitment)
Location: G4, 159 Princes Street, Ground Floor, Connexions, Ipswich, IP1 1QJ
Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ipswich office, specialising in permanent Accountancy & Finance recruitment across Ipswich and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to build a specialist desk, develop long term relationships with local businesses and connect talented finance professionals with rewarding career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with businesses across Ipswich and the surrounding areas
- Generating new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
- Taking detailed job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, attracting and engaging high calibre Accountancy & Finance professionals
- Managing the full permanent recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process
- Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
- Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Accountancy & Finance or a related professional sector
- Strong business development and relationship building skills
- A confident communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships
- Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates
