We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Accountancy Practice team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your desk, grow your income, and make a real impact placing top talent across the profession. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll focus on a candidate-led Accountancy Practice specialism, working across a diverse client base, from small independent firms to large national practices and the Big Four. This is a candidate-focused role, where you’ll: Source and engage accounting professionals from entry-level through to Partner level Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines Match high-quality candidates to opportunities across the market Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with pace and precision What Awaits You Uncapped Bonus - your success is rewarded with an uncapped bonus, paid every 4 weeks. Key Responsibilities Full 360 Recruitment – business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers and deal completion Candidate Attraction – sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals and direct headhunting Relationship Building – delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients alike Networking & Growth – building and maintaining strong market relationships to drive revenue Collaboration – working with colleagues to maximise opportunities and share best practice What We’re Looking For Driven & Proactive – motivated to achieve and exceed targets Commercially Minded – able to identify opportunities and convert them into placements Resilient – thrives in a target-driven environment and overcomes challenges Collaborative – a team player who contributes to a positive, high-performing culture Why Reed?
