Crawley | Hybrid (1 day WFH)
£30,000 - £35,000 + 10-40% Commission

This is an opportunity to join a boutique recruitment firm partnering with some of the most exciting names in Artificial Intelligence and SaaS, helping high-growth businesses hire the people driving the next wave of innovation.
Their client base includes xAI, alongside a portfolio of venture-backed startups, scale-ups, and established technology companies building the future of AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
The Opportunity
You'll specialise in recruiting for businesses at the forefront of technology, working directly with founders, hiring managers, and senior leaders as they build world-class teams.
The market is thriving, the job flow is exceptional, and you'll be joining a business with strong, established client relationships - allowing you to focus on billing rather than constantly chasing new opportunities.
Whether your strengths are business development, delivery, or both, you'll have the support to build a highly successful desk.

- Recruitment experience preferred

Package
- £30,000 - £35,000 base salary
- 10-40% uncapped commission
- Hybrid working (1 day WFH)
