Recruitment Consultant – Architecture

Location: Blackfriars, London (1 day WFH after probation)

Have you worked in architecture and realised you enjoy the people, conversations, and problem solving just as much as the design itself?

At Haus Careers, we specialise in architecture and design recruitment. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Architecture desk, working closely with leading architectural practices across London and the wider UK.

This role would suit someone with an architectural background, or experience working closely with architects, who is confident on the phone, commercially minded, and motivated by targets and results.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in architecture, whether as an Architectural Assistant, in practice support, or a closely related role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and candidates
  • Driven, target-focused, and motivated by performance and progression
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
