Recruitment Consultant Associate Director

Exciting Career Opportunities in Life Sciences Recruitment – London (Hybrid)

We’re hiring multiple roles within a high-performing Life Sciences recruitment business based in London. If you’re passionate about life sciences recruitment and are looking for a supportive environment with clear development pathways, we want to hear from you!

Roles & Salaries: Associate Director: £75,000 - £90,000 Manager – Regulatory Affairs: £55,000 - £65,000 Manager – Drug Safety/PV/Medical Affairs: £55,000 - £65,000 Principal Recruitment Consultant: £40,000 - £50,000 Base salary + commission-based remuneration.

The Business: Join an established and globally recognized life sciences recruitment firm with an excellent reputation. Privately owned with a high retention rate, the business prides itself on its stable, high-performance culture. With a clear vision, they focus on quality over quantity, providing a strong foundation for growth. The team is around 30 strong and is expanding within key vertical markets.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a 360 life sciences recruiter. Strong business development skills and consistent billing (minimum £10,000 monthly). Line management and budget responsibility for Associate Director-level roles.
