Recruitment Consultant - Value Creation & Transformation
Camino Search is an executive search and talent advisory firm partnering with private equity investors and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America.
From our offices in London and Tampa, we help high-growth businesses hire the leaders who drive transformation, operational excellence and value creation across Finance, Transformation, M&A and Executive Leadership.
The Opportunity
Our Value Creation & Transformation Practice is the fastest-growing area of the business, driven by increasing demand from private equity clients. This is an opportunity to build a specialist market, work directly with investors and portfolio company leadership teams, and become a recognised expert in one of the most exciting areas of executive search.
Typical mandates include:
- Chief Transformation Officers
- Transformation Directors and Programme Directors
- Operating Partners
- PMO & Transformation Office leaders
- Commercial Excellence & Operational Excellence leaders
- Technology, Data & AI transformation specialists
- Post-Merger Integration and Separation teams

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with private equity funds, operating partners and C-suite executives.
- Win new business through consultative, relationship-led sales.
- Deliver search assignments from brief to placement.
- Advise clients using market intelligence, talent insights and competitor mapping.
- Identify and engage senior transformation leaders across Europe and North America.
- Represent Camino at industry events and contribute to market-leading thought leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, executive search - finance / transformation / PE preferred
- Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills.
- Interested in private equity, transformation and high-growth businesses.
- Curious, ambitious and motivated to build a specialist market.
- Organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple executive searches.
