About the Role

We are looking to add a Buildings Recruitment Consultant to our Buildings team here at Carrington West.

Compensation and Benefits
We understand that earning potential is crucial in recruitment, therefore, Carrington West offers an unrivalled and uncapped commission structure across both contract and permanent desks. We want to allow you to be fully in charge of your earnings. Our contract desks offer a flat 25% commission structure and our non-threshold permanent desks offer up to 30% commission on placements made.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Carrington West will offer you an excellent pay and benefits package. On top of your basic salary, your on-target earnings can look something like this with the right attitude and work ethic:
- Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Year 2 OTE: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
- Year 3 OTE: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum

Core Working Hours
Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Become a market expert within your sector, allowing you to advise and consult your candidates and clients with your specialist market knowledge
- Engage with existing and new businesses
- Research and develop new business relationships
- Locate potential active and passive candidates
- Understand the needs of your clients and candidates
- Offer advice on the needs of your clients and candidates
- Be willing to work hard within a team of motivated and driven individuals
