Job Description
Reed Cardiff is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Business Support team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven market with strong demand and long‑standing clients.
Location: Cardiff CF10 1EW
Role: Recruitment Consultant – 360 Agency Recruitment
Salary: Up to £34,000k for recruitment experience + uncapped bonus (paid every 4 weeks)
You’ll take ownership of a warm busy temps desk covering Cardiff and the wider South Wales region, recruiting across office and operational support roles.

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates across the Business Support market. Typical roles include:
- Administrators
- Customer Service Advisors
- Sales Execs
- Office & Operational Support roles
The desk is well‑established with active clients across education, public sector, charities and commercial organisations, offering immediate billing potential and long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing compliance and candidate care
- Building a sustainable, high‑performing desk
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Resilience, professionalism and commercial awareness
- A genuine interest in building long‑term client partnerships
