Up to £35,500 (DOE) plus uncapped bonus

Recruitment Consultant – Business Support
Location: Harrow – 5‑minute walk from Harrow on the Hill station, brand‑new offices
Salary: £29,000+ for trainees & £32,000+ for experience - plus uncapped bonus
Specialism: Business Support (Customer Service, Admin and Office Support roles)
Experience Level: Open to trainees with strong B2B sales backgrounds

We’re growing fast following recent organisational changes and the opening of our brand‑new office in Harrow. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious sales professional to own and scale a Business Support desk recruiting for customer service, admin and office support roles across the Uxbridge area.
This role offers huge upside for someone hungry to build a high‑performing desk in a well‑networked but under‑developed market where proactive business development will drive your success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business across Commerce & Industry focusing on Customer Service, Sales, Junior HR, Junior Marketing, Data Entry & admin roles
- Building long‑term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)
- Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
