The Normanton branch is thriving, with a strong base of drivers and loyal PSL clients ready for you to build on.
They’re now looking for a confident, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy, high-demand desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true 360 role where you’ll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact:
- Managing your own desk of daily drivers
- Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients
- Generating new business and growing your client base
- Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships
- Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers
- Conducting interviews and completing licence checks
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Handling all associated recruitment administration
What You’ll Bring
You’ll thrive here if you’re energetic, organised and commercially sharp:
- Recruitment experience with a proven track record in sales & business development
- Confidence managing a busy 360 desk
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards
- A proactive, resilient and team-focused approach
- Experience within driving, industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.
