At SThree, we’re driving the future of STEM talent. Our Leeds office is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with strong 360 contract recruitment experience within technology to join our high-performing team.
✅ What you’ll be doing
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for tech contract roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Developing new business through market mapping, networking, and strategic outreach
- Managing contract processes including rates, extensions, and compliance
- Becoming a trusted market expert within your chosen tech vertical

🔎 What We’re Looking For
- ✅ 12–18 months’ experience in 360 recruitment within Tech.
- ✅ A track record in business development and contract or niche talent placement
- ✅ A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and hunger to take your career to the next level
- ✅ Experience outside of public sector/framework settings is a plus
