Recruitment Consultant – Legal Technology

Location: London / Hybrid (2 days in our Farringdon office)
Employment type: Permanent

The opportunity

Jameson Legal Tech is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to help grow our law firm client base.

This role would suit a Candidate Consultant or Delivery Consultant ready to move into their first 360 position, or a junior Recruitment Consultant (1-3 years) looking for greater ownership of a warm, high-potential desk.

You will work with law firms across the UK and internationally, supporting recruitment across legal technology, innovation, legal operations, and transformation.

You do not need an existing client base, although this would be highly advantageous. We are looking for someone with strong recruitment fundamentals, commercial curiosity, and the confidence to develop relationships with candidates and clients.

About Jameson Legal Tech

Jameson Legal Tech is a specialist recruitment and consultancy business focused on the growing legal technology market. As part of the wider Jameson Legal group, which offers private practice, in-house, risk and compliance, and consulting (interim contracts) recruitment services, we combine an established international law firm network with deep expertise across legal technology, innovation, and transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
