Recruitment Consultant – TeacherActive
Salary: £28,000-£34,800 plus uncapped commission with no threshold
At TeacherActive, we’re seeking a driven, charismatic Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced, supportive team.
If you have experience in recruitment account management—or as an account manager in high-growth environments—and thrive on building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own desk and take ownership of:
- New business development & sales of recruitment services
- Stakeholder management, including relationships with councils and other hiring partners
- Client visits and networking events
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing talented educators
- Candidate database management
- Meeting agreed KPIs and targets
- Collaborating with sales and compliance teams during onboarding

Working Hours
Term time (Mon-Fri):
- 1 shift: 7.30am-5.30pm
- 2 shifts: 7.30am-5.00pm
- 2 shifts: 7.30am-4.30pm
School holidays: Typically 4-6 hourly shifts
📍 Office-based (full-time), with work-from-home days after probation
