Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant – Technology & Engineering Location: Manchester Flexible / Hybrid
Overview We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting permanent Technology and Engineering recruitment assignments across the UK, Europe, and North America.
This is a delivery focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing high calibre candidates for a wide range of technical and engineering vacancies. Working closely with senior consultants and account managers, you will play a key role in executing recruitment campaigns and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and networking techniques. Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across permanent vacancies. Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit. Build and maintain talent pipelines across specialist technical disciplines. Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for client submissions. Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers. Support offer management, negotiations, and onboarding activities. Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS system. Develop market knowledge across key technology and engineering sectors. Ensure a high standard of candidate care and stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with consultants and business development teams to deliver against client requirements and project deadlines.
