This is a well-established, permanent compliance desk with strong existing relationships on both the client and candidate side, offering an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership and make it their own. It provides the chance to hit the ground running from day one and build on a solid, trusted foundation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running the full 360 recruitment process within Compliance
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and building talent pools
  • Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
  • Helping shape the continued growth of our Compliance division
  • Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
  • Attending client & candidate in person meetings
  • Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in recruitment industry and experience within Compliance
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
  • Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
