Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Hunter Savage | Belfast | Hybrid

Hunter Savage is growing and we are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter ready for your next move, or a construction professional with the drive and people skills to thrive in recruitment, we want to talk to you.

You will work with some of the most exciting construction clients across the island of Ireland, placing talent at every level from site to boardroom. It is a fast-moving, high-reward desk with real scope to make it your own.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for construction sector clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing and growing your own desk within a well-established, supportive team
  • Using your sector knowledge to deliver outstanding results

  • A background in construction, engineering, or the built environment AND/OR recruitment experience
  • A proven track record in sales or client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine drive to succeed
  • A positive, self-motivated mindset and strong work ethic
  • Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
