Hunter Philips | Contract Recruitment | Manchester Area | Uncapped Commission

Build your career in one of the fastest-growing contract recruitment markets.

Hunter Philips is continuing to grow its Contract Recruitment division, and we're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants who want to build a successful desk within the global renewable energy sector.

Whether you're already recruiting contractors or you're currently working in permanent recruitment and looking to make the move, this is an opportunity to join an established business operating across Europe, North America and other international markets.

As demand for specialist contract talent continues to grow, we're investing in consultants who want to develop long-term client relationships, build niche markets and become recognised experts within their sector.

The opportunity

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role where you'll take ownership of your own specialist market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while developing new business and growing existing client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
