Role
Self-Employed Recruitment Consultant, fully remote
Reactive Recruitment are a long established and reputable recruitment business providing high calibre permanent staff to businesses across the UK. We are currently looking for a number of Self-Employed Recruitment Consultants to run their own desk/business in a fully remote capacity.
What You’ll Get
- 50-60% of all revenue generated – generating £10,000pm you will earn £72,000pa
- Use of Indeed, CV Library, Reed and our in-house database
- Access to our social media platforms – well over 110,000 followers/members
- CRM access to manage clients and candidates
- Mobile & desktop app to make and receive calls using the company number
- Full support in/out of working hours helping guide and direct you as/when required
- An exclusive page on the website dedicated to the market you will be focusing on
- Company share option after qualifying period of 12 months successful billings
- Other great perks/benefits after qualifying period of 6 months

What You’ll Need

- A minimum of 2 years successful experience as a recruitment consultant in any permanent sector
- The ability to conduct new business activity when necessary along with exceptional account management experience
- Your own PC or Laptop, broadband and a mobile to add the phone app to
- An idea of the sector you wish to manage if different to our existing commercial, transport/freight and early years divisions
- A real drive and hunger to earn very well whilst working in a remote capacity
