Peaple Talent are looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing Account Management team. If you love the candidate side of recruitment, thrive on building meaningful relationships, and want to work with engaged clients across Tech and Engineering - this could be your next move!
The role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established and growing 270 team, supporting a mix of new and existing clients across Tech and Engineering.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality shortlists and building long-term candidate relationships, while partnering closely with our Business Development team to ensure a seamless client experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality candidates across Tech and Engineering roles using modern sourcing tools and techniques.
- Own and manage a smooth, engaging candidate journey from first contact through to placement.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure roles are well-qualified and expectations are aligned.
- Support account growth through market mapping, insights, and identifying new opportunities within existing clients.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a proven track record in a delivery-focused recruitment role.
- Ideally have experience within Technology or Engineering recruitment.
- Are passionate about building strong, long-term relationships.
- Take pride in delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, office-based environment and value face-to-face interaction.

Salary and progression
We have clear salary bandings and structured progression routes, and are currently hiring at Consultant or Senior level:
- Delivery Consultant: £25,000 – £30,000
- Senior Delivery Consultant: £30,000 – £35,000
