At Vivo Talent, we're growing our Manufacturing division and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, recruiting across Sales, Engineering, Operations and Marketing.

This isn't a cold desk. You'll step into existing client relationships and have the autonomy to grow your accounts while identifying new opportunities along the way.

What you'll be doing

As part of our team, you'll recruit across Sales, Engineering, Operations and Marketing roles, partnering with a wide range of manufacturing businesses to help them attract exceptional talent.

Your role will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from client brief through to successful placement.
  • Developing trusted relationships with an established portfolio of manufacturing clients.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and engaging high-quality candidates.
  • Growing existing client accounts by identifying further recruitment opportunities.
  • Winning new business through referrals, networking and proactive business development.
  • Building strong talent pipelines within your specialist markets.
  • Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving recruitment challenges and delivering an excellent service.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous agency recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • Confidence developing existing client accounts while generating new business opportunities.
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing or engineering is advantageous but not essential.
