The Role
You will work across our key MSP accounts, recruiting Technical Engineering staff on a contract or permanent basis within various industries, including Power, Nuclear, Highways, Water and Oil & Gas. This is an opportunity to work on a warm desk with access to established key accounts, while also developing new client relationships across the Energy & Infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will come from a technical or engineering recruitment background and with a key focus on candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Working and filling Technical Engineering roles on a contract or permanent basis within various industries
- Working roles across Power, Nuclear, Highways, Water and Oil & Gas
- Develop and grow relationships with both existing clients and new business prospects
- Quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and technical candidates
- Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, networking, and relationship-led business development
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience of recruitment delivery (ideally in an agency environment)
- Experience working within the Power, Nuclear, Highways, Water or Oil & Gas sector
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and picking up the phone
- Able to generate enthusiasm and create strong engagement with clients and candidates
- Commercially aware, proactive, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable working on complex technical assignments and white-collar recruitment projects
