Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level

Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – Professional Services Recruitment

Location: London – Hays Recruitment

We are seeking a sales-driven Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join our flagship London office within our Professional Services Recruitment team. This role is perfect for those eager to develop industry expertise while benefitting from commission-based earning alongside their base salary.


About the Role

This position offers a supportive environment for new talent to grow within Hays’ longest-standing business area, where collaboration and inclusion are prioritised to ensure successful development. Our London office hosts 200 ambitious, sales-focused consultants in a dynamic urban setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing cold calls and sales outreach to engage with prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with organisations, recruiters, directors, and decision-makers
  • Conducting face-to-face sales meetings to close business
  • Sourcing and recruiting high-quality candidates for professional sector roles
  • Draft compliance reports, support internal projects, and meet daily targets & KPIs
