Our client seeks to hire a recruitment consultant committed to a recruitment career within one of the most prosperous firms in the UK. They are looking for a driven individual capable of:
- Building and maintaining professional relationships
- Quickly understanding complex topics
- Thinking innovatively outside traditional confines
The Role:
A 360-recruitment position specialising in placing mid-senior level candidates with a blend of finance and technology expertise. Key responsibilities include:

- Placing candidates of high quality with strategic clients.
- Developing and managing client relationships across all levels.
- Working with an established client base while actively acquiring new ones via business development.
- Building and maintaining a specialist candidate pipeline.
- Cultivating deep industry knowledge within finance and technology markets.
- Adding value through consulting partnerships with clients while ensuring the confidentiality and quality of candidate placements.
- Operating autonomously in a performance-driven, results-oriented working culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within agency recruitment, demonstrating a motivated and self-developing attitude.
- Fluency in Dutch, German, French, or Scandinavian.
- Credibility, professional presentation, and self-confidence.
- A collaborative and curious mindset.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Commitment to delivering first-class service through knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Ability to set and meet targets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
