Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Permanent People are delighted to be working with a global recruitment company who specialise within the finance and technology industries. Our client is looking to hire a recruitment consultant who wants to build their career within recruitment, whilst working for one of the most profitable recruitment companies in the UK.
They are looking for individuals who are capable of building relationships, quickly assimilate complex topics and think outside of the box.
The Role:
This is a 360-recruitment role which specialises in role recruiting the combination of finance experience with technology. You will place mid-senior level candidates with clients and need to have an eye for quality, while being able to articulately manage relationships with all levels.

Our client already has a successful client base for you to work with. However, you will also be required to acquire new ones, through business development, and develop your own specialists pool of candidates.
Throughout this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of the markets that they service. This is so you provide a sound and professional service to the clients, as well as fully understand the role that the candidates are being recruited to. Allowing you to build value adding business relationships.
It is a mature working culture so you will work autonomously in a target-driven culture.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience in an agency, who has a motivated attitude and is willing to apply themselves to learn and grow within a successful business
- Dutch, German, French or Scandinavian language fluency
- Must be credible, presentable, and confident
- Curious mind, with a collaborative personality
- Communication skills, both written and spoken
- First-class service by being knowledgeable and passionate about your work
- Can work to targets in a fast-paced environment whilst being under pressure
