Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + commission (OTE £50k)

After just 6 weeks of intensive training, our new Consultants are empowered to operate as 360-degree Consultants, forming new client relationships in their market and placing multiple candidates immediately. Our commitment to continuous improvement extends beyond the initial training period, as we conduct weekly internal training sessions to ensure everyone in the business continues to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Find top candidates using databases, networking, and social media. Screen and conduct initial interviews to assess their fit for roles.
- Networking & Relationships: Build connections with candidates and industry pros, expanding your network through events and conferences.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs, keeping them updated on recruitment progress.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, preparing candidates with insights about the role and company.
- Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
