TYG is growing!
We’re hiring Recruitment Consultants (1–2 years’ experience) to join our London team.
We specialise in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction market across the US, and after a strong 2025, we’re continuing to scale.
This is a good fit for someone who already understands recruitment and is looking for more ownership, better earning potential, and a market that’s actually moving.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing and growing your own client base in the US AEC market
- Building relationships with both clients and candidates
- Running the full recruitment process end to end
- Working closely with the team to deliver strong results
What we’re looking for
- Around 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (but still feel free to apply if you have slightly less or more)
- Someone who’s commercially minded and enjoys building relationships
- Motivated, resilient, and looking to push on in their career
- A team player who wants to be part of a growing business
