Key Responsibilities
Everyday Tasks:
- Take direction from your Manager and execute tasks efficiently & to high-quality standards
- Create and manage detailed daily plans, prioritising key tasks for optimal time management
- Build client relationships and expand networks through proactive engagement
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities with potential clients
- Develop a strong candidate database, maintaining structured and tracked communications
Performance-Oriented Focus:
- Hit targets through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Achieve monthly interim runner-up targets
- Qualify for first-lunch targets
- Complete and receive sign-off on all Meet DNA training modules
- Progress to Consultant role – averaging 3 months to first promotion
