Key Responsibilities

Everyday Tasks:

  • Take direction from your Manager and execute tasks efficiently & to high-quality standards
  • Create and manage detailed daily plans, prioritising key tasks for optimal time management
  • Build client relationships and expand networks through proactive engagement
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities with potential clients
  • Develop a strong candidate database, maintaining structured and tracked communications

Performance-Oriented Focus:

  • Hit targets through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Achieve monthly interim runner-up targets
  • Qualify for first-lunch targets
  • Complete and receive sign-off on all Meet DNA training modules
  • Progress to Consultant role – averaging 3 months to first promotion
