Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates across the sustainability and cleantech sectors.
- Source, identify, and engage high-calibre professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to offer management.
- Develop specialist market knowledge across Clean Energy, Carbon, ESG, Future Mobility, and Climate Technology.
- Advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and talent market insights.
- Collaborate with experienced consultants to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential (spoken and written).
- Degree educated (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
- Resilient, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career in recruitment.
- Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, climate technology, or the energy transition.
- Previous sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
