Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level Role | London
Basic Salary: £30,000–£35,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 Year 1 | £80,000 Year 2 | £120,000+ Year 3

What you will do
- Identify and engage top talent using industry-leading recruitment tools
- Write effective job adverts to attract candidates
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Take ownership of your own recruitment desk
- Work towards targets with ongoing support from experienced mentors

- Degree educated (any subject)
- Confident, outgoing, and ambitious
- Competitive nature (sports or sales experience a bonus)
