Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Entry Level Role
Location: London Basic Salary: £30,000–£35,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: £60,000
- Year 2: £80,000
- Year 3: £120,000+

Responsibilities (Your Day-to-Day Tasks)
- Identify and engage top talent using industry-leading recruitment tools
- Write effective job adverts to attract candidates
- Build long-term client and candidate relationships
- Take ownership of your own recruitment desk
- Work towards targets with ongoing support from experienced mentors

Requirements & Qualities
- Degree educated (any subject)
- Confident, outgoing, and ambitious
- Competitive nature (sports or sales experience a bonus)
- Resilient and motivated by goals and rewards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
