OCR Alpha is a specialist search firm focused exclusively on the hedge fund industry. We partner with many of the world's leading investment managers, helping them hire across Investment, Quantitative Research, Technology and Business functions.
We've built a reputation for deep market knowledge, long-term relationships and delivering high-quality search solutions across the alternative investment industry.
As we continue to grow, we're looking to hire a Consultant to join our Non-Investment team, supporting hiring across both the London and US hedge fund markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and wants to immerse themselves in a highly specialised market. Whilst previous buy-side recruitment experience would be ideal, we're equally open to speaking with recruiters from adjacent financial services markets who have a genuine interest in investment management and financial markets.

What we're looking for
- Recruitment experience, ideally within buy-side or financial services recruitment.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and the investment management industry.
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to clients and candidates.
- An engaging, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to develop genuine market expertise rather than operate as a generalist recruiter.
