Accelerate your career as a Data & AI Recruitment Consultant (Contract). We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our London team (Bishopsgate – hybrid 4:1), specialising in the Data & AI contract market.
This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, revenue-generating desk with strong client relationships and active contractors already in place — giving you the platform to scale quickly and build real market authority.
What You'll Do
- Manage and Grow: Manage and grow an existing contract desk with active revenue streams.
- Client Development: Build and develop client relationships within London’s Data & AI ecosystem.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from business development through to placement.
- Market Insight: Partner with clients to provide market insight, not just candidates.
- Specialist Network: Develop a strong network of specialist contractors within Data, AI and Cloud.

Compensation
- Base Salary: £35,000–£50,000 + uncapped commission
- Uncapped Commission: No threshold
- Performance Bonuses and Incentives

The base salary range reflects fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position offers variable commission based on performance against defined targets.
