Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for HR recruitment? At Michael Page, we're hiring for a HR Recruitment Consultant to join our Maidstone office. If you have experience working with HR roles, this is a great opportunity to build relationships, have impact and really make a difference.

Description
As a Recruitment Consultant - HR Specialist, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in Human Resources roles across a dedicated geographical patch.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with clients, providing expert recruitment advice to ensure the best candidate matches for roles.
- Source top-tier HR candidates, including roles such as HR manager & Talent Acquisition.
- Leverage Michael Page's market-leading resources, networks, and industry insights to attract candidates and support clients effectively.
- Actively develop and build new relationships, gaining a deeper understanding of their hiring needs, ensuring strong, long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate within a highly successful team, with many opportunities to pass work and support each other in a warm desk environment.
- Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities within the national remit.

Profile
We're looking for individuals with:
- 12 months+ experience in 360 recruitment within a commercial setting, with a proven track record of driving new business opportunities, building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, consultative approach to client acquisition and account management.
- The ability to attract and engage top talent.
- Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
