We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in London on a hybrid working basis.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build relationships with clients and candidates, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and play a key role in matching talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities.
  • Writing and advertising engaging job adverts.
  • Managing interview arrangements and candidate feedback.
  • Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
  • Achieving individual and team recruitment targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and achieving results.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • A confident and professional approach.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential.

Full recruitment training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
