Job Details

What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews.
- Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities.
- Writing and advertising engaging job adverts.
- Managing interview arrangements and candidate feedback.
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
- Achieving individual and team recruitment targets.
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems.

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Coordinator, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential.
Full recruitment training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
