Recruitment Consultant
12 months FTC Part - 2 days per week (Thurs/Fri) Richmond - Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office preferred £40,000-£50,000 pro-rata
We’re looking for a passionate recruitment consultant to join our friendly marketing recruitment team here at Stopgap on a part-time basis to be part of a job share.

About The Role As a recruitment consultant yourself, you already know the role well. It’s pretty straightforward - you have to find jobs for candidates and candidates for jobs. However at Stopgap it’s about ‘how’ you go about doing this that makes us as a business, as well as your day-to-day working life, different. We want to find the perfect candidate for the job and the perfect job for the candidate. We want to understand our clients’ requirements and we want to know our candidates’ aspirations. So forget about your previous companies, with us…. You’ll be salaried, not commissioned, meaning you can focus on finding the right match between client and candidate and building long term relationships with both You'll be joining a job share on a busy desk in the consumer team You won’t compete with other consultants; it’s a collaborative environment, where team budgets are set and achieving them means we’re all rewarded with a discretionary bonus!

About You To be successful in this part-time Recruitment Consultant role you will need: A background in recruiting, ideally recruiting marketing and digital marketing roles To have brilliant organisation and multitasking skills To be able to build relationships, coach and negotiate with your clients and candidates Used to working in a 360 recruitment role with a strong business and commercial acumen, and to be tenacious in your approach To be honest, open and collaborative in style
