Recruitment Consultant

Senior Recruitment Consultant / Sales Lead – Technology

Location: London Working Model: Hybrid

You’ll be joining a high-growth technology consultancy and staffing business, rapidly scaling across the UK and Europe.

This isn’t your typical recruitment role. You’ll operate at the intersection of Technology Staffing, Consultancy, and AI, helping complex clients overcome their hiring challenges while forging long-term, strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as both a recruiting specialist and sales leader, driving solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships in Software Engineering, Data, or AI
  • Develop a wire-to-deploy pipeline, covering both contract and perm placements
  • Offer consulting-level support, helping clients solve complex business challenges
  • Upsell project assignments and staffing solutions alongside traditional recruitment
  • Achieve high conversion rates on new business opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced 360 Technology Recruiters with 3+ years of relevant expertise
  • Preferred: Contract recruitment experience
  • Must-haves:
    • Strong business development, relationship-building, and negotiating skills
    • Commercial mindset with a drive to build markets, not just fill roles
    • Naturally curious and ambitious
  • Highly advantageous:
    • Proven experience recruiting in Software Engineering, Data, AI, or related tech sectors
    • Ability to ** Sell high-value consultancy projects** alongside placements
    • Proven track record of earning substantial commission streams
