Recruitment Consultant - Engineering
Crawley | 4 Days Office, 1 Day Home
£27,500 - £37,500 + Uncapped Commission
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Reed's growing Engineering division, covering Kent, Sussex, Berkshire and Hampshire. You'll have the opportunity to specialise in either Maintenance, Contract or Electronics Engineering recruitment, working with some of the region's leading employers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment, sales or technical/engineering experience who is ambitious, relationship-focused and motivated by earning potential and career progression.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Sourcing and placing engineering professionals
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Building your own specialist market and reputation
- Working towards uncapped commission and career progression opportunities

As part of our wider Engineering business, you'll also attend our Southend office once per quarter (fully expensed) to meet and collaborate with the wider Engineering team.
