Willis Global is an international recruitment specialist operating across Freight Forwarding, Customs & Trade Compliance, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Aviation & Aerospace sectors. We are expanding our team and seeking a driven, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to manage full-cycle recruitment, develop client relationships, and deliver high-quality talent solutions across UK and global markets.
This role suits someone who is proactive, confident, and able to thrive in a target and relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and managing candidates through to placement.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, research, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring needs, market conditions, and talent strategy.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Prepare and post job adverts across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and market appeal.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews, assessing suitability, motivations, and technical skills.
- Consult with hiring managers on shortlists, interview feedback, offers, and compensation discussions.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal CRM systems with candidate and client activity.
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets, including submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Provide exceptional communication to candidates and clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

Skills Required To Be Considered:
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in business development.
- High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy desk.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-light but results-driven environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience and working to targets.
- Previous recruitment experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong track record of sales-based roles is beneficial.
- Full training is provided for consultants earlier in their career.
