Recruitment Consultant - London, Liverpool Street

The Job We’re looking for ambitious graduates or entry level recruitment consultants to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. This is a high-performance, sales-driven role where you’ll build your own client base, develop specialist market knowledge, and play a key role in connecting talent with world-leading technology businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing and engaging talent across networking, cybersecurity, and technology markets Building strong relationships with candidates and clients Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (from sourcing to placement) Writing and marketing job adverts and candidate profiles Negotiating offers and closing deals Developing your own specialist market within our niche sectors
