The Systems Team at Simpson Judge is Growing
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to become part of it.
This is an opportunity to join an established technology recruitment business where you'll have the backing, infrastructure, and freedom to build a desk properly. You'll benefit from existing client relationships, signed terms, and active opportunities, while also having the autonomy to develop your own market and make it your own.
We recruit across a range of specialist technology markets, partnering with software vendors, consultancies, and end-user organisations throughout the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of your specialist market, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering an outstanding recruitment service.
Day to day you'll be:
- Developing new client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Managing and expanding existing accounts
- Recruiting permanent technology professionals
- Running the entire recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Building a strong network within your chosen market
- Establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner and market specialist

What You'll Bring
We're interested in speaking with recruiters who enjoy developing business, building relationships, and creating long-term success.
You'll probably have:
- Recruitment experience within IT, Technology, ERP, HRIS, or another specialist recruitment market, although experienced recruiters from other sectors are equally welcome
- A track record of winning new business and growing client accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset and consultative approach
- The drive to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Ambition to build a high-performing desk with long-term earning potential
