We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and growing a market.
With full ownership of a contract desk, you’ll have the autonomy to develop your own client base, shape your market strategy, and build a long‑term career within an established and supportive recruitment business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing a contract desk within your market
- Winning new clients through business development and relationship building
- Managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
- Sourcing, qualifying, and placing contract professionals
- Building long‑term relationships with contractors and hiring managers
- Contributing to the growth of the business, with future scope to build and manage a team
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ months’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, experience within tech recruitment is preferred but not essential
- Proven ability or clear desire to develop new business
- Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy and accountability
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build something long‑term
