The Role

The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant involve:

  • Client Growth:

    • Foster lasting relationships with clients
    • Build and nurture client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities
    • Understand recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches
  • Candidate Engagement:

    • Find and engage the best talent through effective candidate engagement strategies
    • Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Skilful Negotiation:

    • Create win-win scenarios for clients and candidates
    • Negotiate terms and fees for mutually beneficial partnerships
