The Role
The responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant involve:

Client Growth:
- Foster lasting relationships with clients
- Build and nurture client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Understand recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches

Candidate Engagement:
- Find and engage the best talent through effective candidate engagement strategies
- Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience

Skilful Negotiation:
- Create win-win scenarios for clients and candidates
- Negotiate terms and fees for mutually beneficial partnerships
